By booking and participating in any of our tours, including the 1-hour fishing tour, 8-hour tour package, or 1-day team building activity (collectively referred to as “the Tour”), you (“the Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Group discounts or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing.
2. Tour Duration:
1-Hour Fishing Tour: Includes travel to and from the fishing spot. Punctual arrival is required. No extensions or refunds for late arrivals.
8-Hour Tour Package: Includes guided activities, transportation, and scheduled stops. Time management is essential to cover all inclusions.
1-Day Team Building: Typically runs for 8–9 hours and includes games, activities, and meals as arranged. Participants must adhere to the agreed start and end times.
3. Safety & Conduct:
Participants must follow all instructions given by the tour guide, facilitators, or captain at all times.
Life jackets will be provided for water-based tours and must be worn when instructed.
Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour.
Excessive alcohol consumption, unruly behavior, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. The operator may remove any participant from the tour without refund for misconduct.
Damages to any equipment, vehicles, or property caused by negligence will be charged to the responsible participant(s).
4. Equipment & Activities:
Necessary equipment (fishing gear, activity props, etc.) will be provided based on the type of tour.
Participants may bring personal gear but the operator will not be responsible for loss or damage.
For fishing tours, local catch regulations must be followed. Fish may be kept subject to guidelines and the guide’s discretion.
Team building activities are designed to be inclusive and safe, but participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
5. Weather & Cancellations:
All tours and team building activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions. For safety reasons, the operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any activity at short notice.
If the operator cancels due to adverse weather or other force majeure events, no refunds will be issued, but participants will be given the option to reschedule to the next available date.
6. Liability:
Participation in the Tour involves inherent risks (e.g., falls, marine life, environmental factors).
The operator is not liable for injuries, death, or property damage, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Participants with medical conditions or limitations must inform the operator in advance and may be required to provide a doctor’s clearance.
7. Personal Belongings:
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The operator is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the tour.
8. Photography & Media:
Photos and videos may be taken during the Tour for promotional purposes.
By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you inform the operator in advance that you do not wish to be photographed.
