By booking and participating in any of our tours, including the 8-Hour Tour Package or 1-Day Team Building Activity (collectively referred to as “the Tour”), you (“the Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Group discounts or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing prior to the booking.
No spot will be held without confirmed payment.
2. Tour Descriptions & Duration
🚌 8-Hour Tour Package:
Includes guided activities, transportation, and scheduled stops.
Strict adherence to the itinerary is required to ensure all inclusions are covered.
Delays caused by the participant may result in skipped activities without refund.
🎯 1-Day Team Building:
Typically runs for 8 to 9 hours, including team games, facilitated activities, and use of pre-arranged locations.
Participants must arrive on time and adhere to the agreed schedule.
Designed for corporate groups, schools, and organizations looking to build camaraderie and cooperation.
3. Safety & Conduct
Participants must follow instructions from tour guides, facilitators, and boat captains at all times.
Life jackets are provided for all water-based activities and must be worn when instructed.
The safety of all guests is a priority; any misconduct or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Prohibited: Excessive alcohol use, disruptive behavior, and possession or use of illegal substances.
Damages caused by negligence or misuse of equipment or facilities will be charged to the responsible party.
4. Equipment & Activities
All necessary equipment (activity materials, team props, etc.) will be provided.
Participants may bring personal items, but the operator is not liable for any loss or damage.
Activities are designed to be inclusive and safe. However, participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
5. Weather & Cancellations
All tours are subject to weather and environmental conditions.
The operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities for safety reasons at any time.
If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to adverse conditions or unforeseen events, participants will be given the option to reschedule to the next available date. No cash refunds will be issued.
6. Liability
Participation in tours involves inherent risks (e.g., slips, outdoor conditions, physical activity).
The operator is not liable for injuries, death, or property loss except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Participants with medical conditions must inform the operator in advance and may be asked to provide a medical clearance.
7. Personal Belongings
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
The operator is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to any items during the tour.
8. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the Tour for marketing and promotional purposes.
By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you explicitly inform the operator in advance that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
