1. Schedule and Operation

  • Boat trips operate daily depending on weather and sea conditions.

  • Scheduled departure and arrival times are subject to change without prior notice due to safety concerns, maintenance, or government directives.

  • Partner agencies are encouraged to confirm trip schedules 24 hours before departure to ensure up-to-date information.

2. Consolidated Boat Services

  • To promote efficiency and sustainability, multiple agencies may be grouped into one boat trip (consolidated trip) when heading to the same or nearby destinations.

  • Consolidation decisions will be coordinated in advance and subject to:

    • Passenger capacity limits

    • Mission compatibility

    • Trip urgency

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All boat bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance through the designated scheduling officer.

  • An official trip request form or memo must accompany each booking.

  • Confirmation of schedule will be sent via email or official group chat within 24 hours of booking.

4. Boarding Guidelines

  • All personnel must arrive at the port at least 30 minutes before departure for safety checks and manifest registration.

  • Valid agency ID must be presented upon boarding.

  • Only officially listed personnel and cargo will be allowed on board.

5. Cargo and Equipment

  • All equipment and supplies must be declared upon booking and subject to inspection.

  • Dangerous or hazardous materials must comply with MARINA safety protocols.

  • Oversized or heavy cargo may be rescheduled depending on load capacity.

6. Cancellations and Delays

  • Cancellations due to weather or safety are made in coordination with Philippine Coast Guard and local maritime authorities.

  • In case of delay or cancellation, an immediate advisory will be issued to the concerned agency.

7. Safety and Liability

  • All trips will comply with the Philippine Coast Guard safety regulations.

  • The partner agency shall ensure their personnel are briefed on emergency procedures before boarding.

  • The organizing office is not liable for any loss or damage of personal items during the trip.

8. Feedback and Incident Reporting

  • Any issues or incidents during the trip must be reported within 24 hours to the agency’s liaison or coordinating officer.

  • Feedback may be used to improve future schedules and logistics planning.
