TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Booking Confirmation: The rental date is only confirmed once the Reservation Fee has been paid and this agreement is signed.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Reservation Fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing. Rebooking is allowed once, subject to availability and within 6 months.
- Venue Usage Time: The event must start and end at the agreed time. Overtime is charged at ₱________/hour.
- Decorations: Only non-damaging methods (e.g., removable tapes, stands) may be used. No nails, staples, or adhesives on walls or ceilings.
- Damage & Cleanliness: Any damage to property or excessive mess will be charged to the client. A refundable security deposit may be required.
- Capacity: The agreed number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity. Venue reserves the right to deny entry beyond limits for safety.
- Catering & Food: [ ] In-house Catering [ ] External Caterer (must be approved in advance). External caterers must provide their own staff and clean up afterward.
- Alcohol / Smoking: Alcohol may only be served with prior permission. Strictly No Smoking at the premises.
- Equipment Use: Included: [list of items such as projector, sound system, microphones]. Client must test equipment in advance; the venue is not liable for technical issues during the event.
- Force Majeure: The venue is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, power outages, or unforeseen government restrictions.
- Security: Additional security staff may be required for large events at client’s expense.
12. Compliance: Client agrees to comply with all local ordinances and safety protocols.
